Instant Strawberry Yogurt
A delicious, easy-to-make, healthy strawberry dessert that can double up as a mid-meal snack or a breakfast accompaniment. It is also packed with nutrients like antioxidants, vitamin C, protein and has probiotic power.
Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into chunks)
- 1/2 cup Yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 Tsp Honey (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the strawberries into chunks.
- Place in a blender and process till finely chopped.
- Add the yogurt, Chia seeds and honey(optional) and process again for a minute.
- Chill and serve.
