Instant Strawberry Yogurt

A delicious, easy-to-make, healthy strawberry dessert that can double up as a mid-meal snack or a breakfast accompaniment. It is also packed with nutrients like antioxidants, vitamin C, protein and has probiotic power.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into chunks)
  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp Honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Cut the strawberries into chunks.
  • Place in a blender and process till finely chopped.
  • Add the yogurt, Chia seeds and honey(optional) and process again for a minute.
  • Chill and serve.
