Instant Strawberry Yogurt
A delicious, easy-to-make, healthy strawberry dessert that can double up as a mid-meal snack or a breakfast accompaniment. It is also packed with nutrients like antioxidants, vitamin C, protein and has probiotic power.

Strawberries
(washed and cut into chunks)

Yoghurt

Chia seeds

Tsp
Honey
(optional)
Instructions
Cut the strawberries into chunks.
Place in a blender and process till finely chopped.
Add the yogurt, Chia seeds and honey(optional) and process again for a minute.
Chill and serve.
