Crispy Rice Puff Seed Snack
A crispy crunchy rice puff & seed snack that is gulit free and prefect balance of being light, filling and nutritious! Enjoy the goodness of all the power packed seeds.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice Puffs
- 1/2 cup Whole Roasted Chickpeas Chana
- 1/2 cup Roasted Chana dal Daliya
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds unsalted
- 2 Tbsp Sunflower seeds unsalted
- 2 Tbsp Flax seeds unsalted
- 2 Tbsp Sesame seeds unsalted
- 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
Tempering
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil or Coconut Oil Extra Virgin
- 2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 5 Twigs Curry leaves
- 2 pcs Green chillies
- 4 pcs Dried Red chillies
- Pink Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large kadai / pan heat oil and add all the ingredients mentioned above for tempering.
- Saute lightly and let it splutter.
- Now add in all the seeds and roast it lightly.
- Next add in whole chickpeas and roast it for 30 secs.
- Next add in whole chickpeas and roast it for 30 secs.
- Lastly, add in Rice puffs and salt, roast it on a low flame for 1 min and mix well.
- Let is cool down for 10 mins and then store it in an air tight container for later consumption.
