Walnut cheese dip
A healthy dip with the goodness of walnuts, rich in omega-3 fats ,folate and protein.
Servings: 1 medium bowl
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Walnut pieces
- 1/2 cup Goat cheese OR Cottage cheese (soft)
- 1/4 cup Onions (chopped)
- a pinch Pepper powder
- to taste Dried herbs (optional)
- 2 Tbsp Water
Instructions
- Put the walnut pieces, water, onions and pepper powder in a food processor and pulse until nuts are finely chopped and a smooth paste is formed.
- Add the soft goat cheese and process until well blended.
- Serve with red bepper, broccoli or other raw vegetables or with toasted pita.
