Walnut cheese dip
A healthy dip with the goodness of walnuts, rich in omega-3 fats ,folate and protein.

Goat cheese OR Cottage cheese
(soft)

Onions
(chopped)

Pepper powder
to
taste
Dried herbs
(optional)

Instructions
Put the walnut pieces, water, onions and pepper powder in a food processor and pulse until nuts are finely chopped and a smooth paste is formed.
Add the soft goat cheese and process until well blended.
Serve with red bepper, broccoli or other raw vegetables or with toasted pita.
