Avocado Basil Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to consume multiple fruits and vegetables in one go! It is a convenient yet 'Nutrient Dense' meal. This Smoothie is high in Potassium, healthy fats (Omega 3 and MUFA),antioxidants.It is an instant source of energy, helps in muscle recovery and improves electrolyte balance.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple roughly cut
  • 1/2 cup Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Banana 
  • 1 handful Basil leaves fresh,washed
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 200 ml Coconut water or more as per desired consistency
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder ( optional)
  • Few Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender to a smooth consistency.
  • Chill for sometime and enjoy!
