Spicy Mango Dressing

Homemade Healthy Salad Dressing using fresh mangoes.Not only does it add a fresh zing to your salads but it is packed with Vitamin A & C from mangoes!

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango (ripe) (fine chopped)
  • 1 Orange (Juice from 1 orange)
  • 2 Lemon (Juice from 2 lemons)
  • 2 tsp Honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic (crushed/grated)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Corriander (Finely Chopped)

Instructions

  • Combine finely chopped mango, lemon juice, orange juice, honey & garlic in a blender.
  • Puree on medium speed until smooth.
  • Add oil to the mixture in a slow steady stream, while stirring continuously.
  • Add finely chopped coriander and the rest of the spices.
  • Dressing is ready and can be stored in the refrigerator upto a week.
  • Shake well before you pour it over your salad.
