Spicy Mango Dressing
Homemade Healthy Salad Dressing using fresh mangoes.Not only does it add a fresh zing to your salads but it is packed with Vitamin A & C from mangoes!

Ingredients
- 1 Mango (ripe) (fine chopped)
- 1 Orange (Juice from 1 orange)
- 2 Lemon (Juice from 2 lemons)
- 2 tsp Honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic (crushed/grated)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Corriander (Finely Chopped)
Instructions
- Combine finely chopped mango, lemon juice, orange juice, honey & garlic in a blender.
- Puree on medium speed until smooth.
- Add oil to the mixture in a slow steady stream, while stirring continuously.
- Add finely chopped coriander and the rest of the spices.
- Dressing is ready and can be stored in the refrigerator upto a week.
- Shake well before you pour it over your salad.
