Spicy Mango Dressing
Homemade Healthy Salad Dressing using fresh mangoes.Not only does it add a fresh zing to your salads but it is packed with Vitamin A & C from mangoes!

Ingredients

(ripe) (fine chopped)

Orange
(Juice from 1 orange)

Lemon
(Juice from 2 lemons)

Honey

(crushed/grated)
Salt
(to taste)

Red Chilli Flakes

Olive Oil

Corriander
(Finely Chopped)
Instructions
Combine finely chopped mango, lemon juice, orange juice, honey & garlic in a blender.
Puree on medium speed until smooth.
Add oil to the mixture in a slow steady stream, while stirring continuously.
Add finely chopped coriander and the rest of the spices.
Dressing is ready and can be stored in the refrigerator upto a week.
Shake well before you pour it over your salad.
