Mango Chia Yoghurt
A tasty protein-rich recipe to relish the sweet and tangy Mangoes.
Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Mango ( peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1/2 cup Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Honey (optional)
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Cut mango into chunks.
- Place in a blender and process it.
- Add the yoghurt, Chia and Honey and process again for a minute.
- Chill and serve topped with few mango pieces
