Mango Chia Yoghurt
A tasty protein-rich recipe to relish the sweet and tangy Mangoes.

Ingredients

Mango
( peeled and cut into chunks)
1/2
cup
Yoghurt

tsp
Honey
(optional)

Tbsp
Chia seeds
Instructions
Cut mango into chunks.
Place in a blender and process it.
Add the yoghurt, Chia and Honey and process again for a minute.
Chill and serve topped with few mango pieces
