Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 3 medium Zucchini cut into 1 inch thick roundels.
- 2 medium Tomatoes cut circular
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tsp Sesame/any other cooking oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- to taste Chilli flakes
- to taste Oregano
Instructions
- Skewer 4 zucchini roundels and a few onion and tomato slices.
- Brush zucchini and other veggies with sesame oil and season with salt and herbs.
- Grill both sides until tender.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve with a yogurt dip.
Notes
Can add cottage cheese, capsicum or chicken pieces on the skewer for variety.
