Barbecue Sticks

Ingredients

  • 3 medium Zucchini cut into 1 inch thick roundels.
  • 2 medium Tomatoes cut circular
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tsp Sesame/any other cooking oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • to taste Chilli flakes
  • to taste Oregano

Instructions

  • Skewer 4 zucchini roundels and a few onion and tomato slices.
  • Brush zucchini and other veggies with sesame oil and season with salt and herbs.
  • Grill both sides until tender.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and serve with a yogurt dip.

Notes

Can add cottage cheese, capsicum or chicken pieces on the skewer for variety.
