Zucchini
cut into 1 inch thick roundels.

cut circular

Sesame/any other cooking oil
to taste
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Chilli flakes
to taste
Oregano
Instructions
Skewer 4 zucchini roundels and a few onion and tomato slices.
Brush zucchini and other veggies with sesame oil and season with salt and herbs.
Grill both sides until tender.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve with a yogurt dip.
Notes
Can add cottage cheese, capsicum or chicken pieces on the skewer for variety.
