Avocado Hummus

A nutritionally delicious dip made with Chickpeas and Avocado. It is rich in proteins and healthy fats, that can be served with colourful crudités.

Ingredients

  • 400 gm Chickpeas (Pressure cooked or canned rinsed and drained)
  • 2 no. Ripe Avocado (peeled, pitted and chopped)
  • 2 no. Lemon Juice
  • 1 handful Cilantro (keep some aside for garnish)
  • 4 no. Garlic clove (crushed)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz until smooth.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve with fresh colourful crudités.
