Avocado Hummus
A nutritionally delicious dip made with Chickpeas and Avocado. It is rich in proteins and healthy fats, that can be served with colourful crudités.
Ingredients
- 400 gm Chickpeas (Pressure cooked or canned rinsed and drained)
- 2 no. Ripe Avocado (peeled, pitted and chopped)
- 2 no. Lemon Juice
- 1 handful Cilantro (keep some aside for garnish)
- 4 no. Garlic clove (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Tahini
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz until smooth.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with fresh colourful crudités.
