Apple Walnut Salad
A light, flavourful fruit and nut salad that is quick and easy to make. It is tossed in a smooth yoghurt dressing. It provides good soluble fibre and omega 3 fatty acid. Try it to Enjoy it!

Yogurt Dressing

Low fat yoghurt

Mayonnaise

Apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Arrange the lettuce in a large salad bowl.
Add apple, celery & walnuts.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
Garnish with sliced orange wedges and serve immediately.
Yogurt Dressing
Whisk yoghurt, mayonnaise & mustard in small bowl.
Add vinegar and whisk again.
Drizzle the dressing over salad.
Serve immediately or keep in refrigerator.
