90 gms (1cup)Rolled Oats
170gms (1cup)Raw Buckwheat Groats
60gms (1/2 cup)Walnutschopped
35 gms (1/4 cup)Pumpkin seeds
55 gms (1/2cup)Goji berries
2TbspRaw honey
2TbspCoconut Oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F (180°C) for 10 minutes.
Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat and let it cool.
Once cooled, mix all the ingredients in a bowl using your hands.
Spread the mixture thinly on a baking sheet and bake in the pre heated oven for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Cool before serving or storing in a container in a cool, dry place.
