Flax Cumin Chutney

Red chilli powder

Instructions
Heat a pan on medium heat. Add the flaxseeds and dry roast stirring continuously.
Set aside to cool completely.
Roast the cumin seeds lightly and cool.
Blend the roasted, cooled flax and cumin seeds into a powder.
Add the garlic, chilli powder, and salt and blend again.
Serve as an accompaniment with the main meal to add taste and improve the nutrient quotient.
