Barley Grains

Lemon Juice

Pink Salt
to taste

Cumin Seed powder

Instructions
Wash barley grains nicely 3-4 times in running water.
In a pot add water and boil, add the grains to the boiling water.
Let it boil for atleast 30 mins.
Then, allow it to cool, add lemon juice, pink salt, cumin seed powder & serve.
Drink barley water and the boiled barley grains can be added in salads or soups.
