Deepmala Toshniwal

R.D, CDE, B. Sc, P.G.D Dietetics
Deepmala Toshniwal, a Registered Dietitian ( R.D, CDE, B. Sc, P.G.D Dietetics ) since 2003, a Yoga Therapist (P.G. Diploma Yogic Science) since 2007, a Certified Pilates Trainer since 2016, and a Fitness Enthusiast at heart. She started her career as a Dietitian for Bombay and Lilavati Hospital, after which extended her Nutritional expertise to Corporates like Ambuja, Kotak, Crompton Greaves, HOCL to name a few. She has penned articles as a Nutrition Columnist for schools, worked on International Nutritional Research Projects, and believes in educating while treating her patients. She believes in achieving Health and Fitness for her clientele with a Holistic approach, Diet, and Exercise being two important pillars. Presently she balances her Yoga and Pilates sessions with her ever-evolving Diet consultations, Nutrition, and Food matters being her First Love!


Kirti Tatiwala

Kirti Tatiwala, a Registered Dietitian ( R.D, CDE, B. Sc, P.G.D Dietetics ) is a science-based health expert answering the truth around myths, misbeliefs and controversial nutrition topics. In the field of dietetics and nutrition since 2003, Kirti has been a well-established name for Retail Brands, FMCG, Ready to Eat Food Companies, Hospitals and Fitness Centers. Her reputation and credentials precede her with accreditation in dietetics and nutrition from Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) and Singapore Nutrition and Dietetic Association (SNDA). Kirti has been a part of the Goldman Sachs Women Entrepreneur & Leadership Certification Program at the Indian School of Business (ISB, Hyderabad), for business and management education. Furthermore, as an entrepreneur, she showcases her fascination for silver jewellery and, has a business in the name of Ada Handcrafted Jewellery.
Most importantly, she finds herself captivated to make a healthy and happy lifestyle for all. Her passion to adventure out with unfussy and easy-to-recreate meals with healthy eating options accessible to everyone. She regularly shares ‘Superfood swaps’, which provide an alternate option to some less healthy foods, all made with wholesome, affordable and nutritious ingredients. Additionally, she shares invaluable knowledge on everything you need to make the healthiest version of yourself!
