Walnut cheese dip

A healthy dip with the goodness of walnuts, rich in omega-3 fats ,folate and protein.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Walnut pieces
  • 1/2 cup Goat cheese OR Cottage cheese (soft)
  • 1/4 cup Onions (chopped)
  • a pinch Pepper powder
  • to taste Dried herbs (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Put the walnut pieces, water, onions and pepper powder in a food processor and pulse until nuts are finely chopped and a smooth paste is formed.
  • Add the soft goat cheese and process until well blended.
  • Serve with red bepper, broccoli or other raw vegetables or with toasted pita.
