Mango Chia Yoghurt

A tasty protein-rich recipe to relish the sweet and tangy Mangoes.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Mango ( peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Cut mango into chunks.
  • Place in a blender and process it.
  • Add the yoghurt, Chia and Honey and process again for a minute.
  • Chill and serve topped with few mango pieces
