Immune-Boosting Turmeric Tea
An energizing herbal tea with the perfect blend of fresh turmeric and ginger which not only boosts the immune system but also has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 inch Turmeric root fresh
- 2 inch Ginger root fresh
- 1 no. Lemon small
- 4 no. Mint sprigs fresh
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
Instructions
- Start boiling the water.
- Wash well turmeric, ginger, lemon, and mint.
- Peel and thinly slice turmeric and ginger.
- Slice half of the lemon and squeeze some juice and keep it aside.
- Add a pinch of black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Divide all these ingredients into 2 cups and pour boiling water over.
- Let it steep for 10-15 minutes before drinking.
