Immune-Boosting Turmeric Tea

An energizing herbal tea with the perfect blend of fresh turmeric and ginger which not only boosts the immune system but also has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 inch Turmeric root fresh
  • 2 inch Ginger root fresh
  • 1 no. Lemon small
  • 4 no. Mint sprigs fresh
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder

Instructions

  • Start boiling the water.
  • Wash well turmeric, ginger, lemon, and mint.
  • Peel and thinly slice turmeric and ginger. 
  • Slice half of the lemon and squeeze some juice and keep it aside. 
  • Add a pinch of black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • Divide all these ingredients into 2 cups and pour boiling water over.
  • Let it steep for 10-15 minutes before drinking.
