Kokum Cooler
Kokum Cooler - a refreshing drink, great for your Gut, is packed with Antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory cooling drink.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Dried Kokum
- 5 Coconut Sugar
- 1.5 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
Instructions
- Soak Dried Kokum in1 cup of water for 30 mins.
- Strain the kokum and keep the water aside.
- Use half the strained water and blend the kokum in a mixer & strain it nicely.
- The remaining half of strained water, mix with coconut sugar and make a syrup by cooking on the flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Once the syrup is cooled. Mix in kokum pulp, cumin powder & black salt.
- The Kokum Concentrate is ready. Keep refrigerated for later use.
- To make the Kokum Cooler, use 2 Tbsp of the concentrate and mix it with 3/4 glass of cold water & ice cubes.
