Savoury Oat Pops
A delicious ,quick and easy to make party snack that is high in proteins ,micronutrients and low in calories.
Servings: 15 pcs
Ingredients
- 2 cups Oats
- 3 cups Paneer (grated)
- 1.5 cups Carrots (grated)
- 2 Tbsp Sesame seeds (roasted)
- 1 Tbsp Rice flour
- 2 tsp Ginger chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder to taste
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Amchur powder (dried mango powder)
- 3 tsp Oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients very nicely except the oil.
- Make them into balls.
- Cook the balls in a non-stick pan or a paniyaram pan or can even bake in an oven by drizzling little oil to avoid dryness.
- Once golden brown, pierce the ball over a wooden toothpick or skewer.
- The savoury oats pops are ready to serve with a yoghurt dip (like tzatziki) or green chutney!
