Savoury Oat Pops

A delicious ,quick and easy to make party snack that is high in proteins ,micronutrients and low in calories.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oats
  • 3 cups Paneer (grated)
  • 1.5 cups Carrots (grated)
  • 2   Tbsp Sesame seeds (roasted)
  • 1 Tbsp Rice flour
  • 2 tsp Ginger chilli paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Amchur powder (dried mango powder)
  • 3 tsp Oil

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients very nicely except the oil.
  • Make them into balls.
  • Cook the balls in a non-stick pan or a paniyaram pan or can even bake in an oven by drizzling little oil to avoid dryness.
  • Once golden brown, pierce the ball over a wooden toothpick or skewer.
  • The savoury oats pops are ready to serve with a yoghurt dip (like tzatziki) or green chutney!
